I think Rubber Mulch is great for kids! My kids acrually begged me to get it! I think it was one of the best things I did! Less crying and badages! I also love the look of it! Thanks to Rubberecycle they did a great job!

Great post. Not a bad idea for homeowners, prospective buyers, or tenants with kids to ask or investigate when their window treatments were made. Also, I don't think you mentioned Breakaway curtains as another potential solution:

A certain amount of pressure brings the curtain down, plus there's no cord or other dangerous mechanism to deal with.
